Jun 2022 – Cloud Edition
New Features
- Reminder emails are automatically sent for course renewals, license renewals, medical renewals and competency renewals. You can specify whether an email is sent to the employee, employee’s manager and training operations email address.
- Added employee management hierarchy so you can specify who an employee reports to.
- Added manager page in employee to show which employees report the the current employee.
- Added manager and manager link (if you have permissions to view or edit) to employee header, so when you click the link it takes you directly to the employee.
- Show the training class summary cancelled reason on the tooltip if the class was cancelled.
- Added clock item to class summary screens if there is duration for the class.
- Added comment icon to badge for notes (on all relevant screens) instead of an ‘N’.
- Added paperclip icon to badge for attachments (on all relevant screens) instead of an ‘A’.
- Added bell icon to badge for reminders (on all relevant screens) instead of an ‘R’.
- Added trainer link (if you have permissions to view or edit) to course header, so when you click the link it takes you directly to the trainer.
- When adding employees to a class, you can now add by the group specified e.g. department

- Users were showing in the user detail that email not confirmed (even though the user email address is confirmed).
- Reports – Class Attendance reports in course should not appear in the reports list (it’s only run from within a class).
- Fixed error when you added a training class (in course module) and then switched straight to the employee tab.
- Fixed issue that prevented tooltips from showing tooltip when you hovered over question mark icon in read only mode.
Mar 2022 – Cloud Edition
New Features
- Added new Employee Credits Report (summary and detailed).
- A new report has been added to the class page in course called ‘Class Attendance Sheet’, which shows the list of employees attending the class.
- Add the Most Recently Used (MRU) icon to the dashboard.
- The tables now save their state e.g. if you change the number of records to show in a table to ‘All’, this state will be saved so next time you view the screen for that specific table, it will show ‘All’ rather than reset to it’s default. The Column ordering state is also saved.
- If you enter text in one of the table search controls, the table will persist the filter until you click the ‘Clear Filter’.
- Improvements to which data is exported from tables throughout the application.
- Tooltips added to Role Permissions screen for better understanding of each permission.
- Display status on user account screen for users that have not confirmed their email yet.
- Ability to bulk update renewal date for employees.
- Improved bulk change screen to make it easier to use.
- Ability to select which employees a bulk change is applied to rather than applied to all.
- Display confirmation on screen when the contact us form is used to confirm the message has been sent.
- Fields that are numbers and have a spinner control, are stopped from going negative if you use the spinner down arrow.
- Employee tab action column fails to resize correctly.
- Course -> Class -> When you click save in the employee training details, the screen goes back to the class details tab when it should stay on the employee tab.
Jan 2022 – Cloud Edition
New Features
- The employee, course and trainer search screen now has additional information displayed for each entry by clicking the plus icon on the left hand side of the record.
- Added a most recently used menu to the breadcrumb bar so you can access most recently opened records from a menu.
- Added employee dashboard so when an employee logs in they see their specific details on the dashboard.
- The selection type screens now display which records are using the selection type e.g. for a specific department, you can see which employees are assigned to the department.
- When saving records, you received a confirmation message in the lower right corner confirming the save.Add a most recently used menu (MRU) to quickly access previously opened records.
- The delete icon has been moved from the main employee, course, trainer and user account search screen and is now located in the respective detail screen.
- The delete icon has been replace with an activate/inactivate toggle for the record because this is a more common action than deleting a record.
- The main text on the course, employee, trainer and user account search screens has been bolded to make it more prominent.
- Added a certificate issued yes/no control so you can specify whether the employee has received a certificate for the training class.
- The selection types have been moved to their own menu selection in the options.
- Fixed issue where if you delete a trainer who is the default trainer for a course, the course details no longer shows the trainer as an option, but the course search shows them as the default trainer.
Sep 2021 – Cloud Edition
New Features
- Add a most recently used menu (MRU) to quickly access previously opened records.
- New report – report employees who have not taken a course by course report.
- New report – report courses not taken a report by employee report.
- Inform user when a new release of the application has been made.
- Add column to certain reports to show class id for the training class.

- Selection lists can now be edited from the dropdown on each screen (if you have permissions to edit selection lists).
- Hours and minutes added to a course (as a default for the course) and training class to specify duration of the training class.
- Added training hours report for employee and course.s.
- Role title appears in the menu for all roles that are not an employee.
- Inactive trainers are shown as inactive if they are still attached to a course or training class.
- Training class reports can now filter by classes that are canceled or completed.
- Attachment summary screens now show total other file types to the ones already shown.
- Add menu label in options selection types to break down the selection types by employee, course etc.
- Reports now include course is completed and cancelled criteria when running class reports.
- Inactive trainer should show as inactive on course search and course header screens.

May 2021 – Cloud Edition
New Features
- In the trainer module, you can view the course details. Previously this only showed a summary.
- In the trainer module, you can now perform all the class actions you can in the course module e.g. edit the class details, enrol employees. Previously, you could only view a summary of the class and the trainer had to go to the course module to make any changes for the class or the employees enrolled.
- New employee medical and competency expiry reports.
- New employee medical, competency and event reports.
- Selection types have an additional long description for describing the selection type in more detail.
- Selection type dropdowns can be expanded to show all available selections.
- Course URL link added to the course detail for linking to another website.
- You can view attachments for all records in the Options and download.
- Added a canceled flag and canceled reason to a course class.
- You can add notes in a training class for an employee.
- Additional data added to the home page dashboard.
- Banner improvements so more course, class and employee information is shown where relevant.
- Content of emails sent to users/employees improved for better readability.
- Show uploaded date on attachment summary screens.
- Show due and overdue badge on course search to indicate a course review date is due or overdue.
- Show ‘New’ badge icon for employees, courses and trainers that have been added in the last 30 days.
- Show ‘Inactive’ badge icon for employees that are in a training class, but are now inactive.

Mar 2021 – Cloud Edition
New Features
- You can now attach documents to a specific training class.
- Add medical information for an employee.
- Add competency feature in the employee module.
- Add event feature in the employee module.
- Added new selection type called Course Level to course details and all reports as a filter.
- You can now add notes to an employee license.
- You can now add notes to a training class.
- Any action button icons that are disabled are now grey to indicate you do not have permission to perform this action.
- Tooltips have been added to all action button icons i.e. view, edit, delete, retry.
- Improved date sorting in table columns with dates.
- Display attachment file size on the detail page once an attachment has been uploaded.
- The delete dialog for course, employee, trainer and user has extended text to ensure the user is certain deleting the record.
- Banner headers for course, employee and trainer have been improved for readability and to include more information where appropriate.
- Make alert messages more prominent by adding a border.
- Improve display of audit screens when viewing the audit history.
- Updated more help screens with additional help.
- Added additional information banners in certain areas so the user has context on where they are e.g. display class information when selecting employees for the class.
Jan 2021 – Cloud Edition
- The management of users has now been moved from the main icon menu and can now be located in the Options under User Accounts.
- If you sent an invite to somebody to register as a user of the system, you can now resend the email invite.
- You can record the last review and next review dates for a course.
- When an invite is sent to an employee or trainer, the status is set to Invited on the employee and trainer search screen.
- If the employee, course, trainer or user are inactive, show this in the page header so it’s easier to see they are inactive.
- If the report returns no data because of the criteria you’ve selected, instead of displaying an empty report, display a message stating no data has been returned based on the criteria selected.
- Various minor bug fixes.
Nov 2020 – Cloud Edition
Introduction of tags for employees, courses and trainers. You can create your own tags in the Options and then use these to tag records.
